Decisions are made democratically

• We use a committee based structure for decision making on such things as; adding new Delvers, how we spend our money, how incentives are structured etc

 

We choose projects based on our values

• The more social good a project provides, the higher likelihood of us working on it

• We keep our rates at mid-market so that we can work with the clients we weren’t allowed to work with when we were part of larger organizations

 

We approach money differently than most organizations

• We keep costs low to keep more money in the hand of those doing the work

• We don’t want to grow for growth’s sake, we want a sustainable pace for everyone involved

• You want to bring in projects to us, cool here’s some of the $

• You want to put in more time on helping the collective, cool here’s some of the $

• If the juice isn’t worth the squeeze, we have the mechanisms to can change that
